You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition, unused and with labels still on. If we notice that the products have been worn or is dirty, we have the right to not accept the return. The full amount (of the returned products, not the shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 14 days. The return costs are for the customer.Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Hvid is NOT responsible for any return costs made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail informing us which product you would like instead. We send you the new product, when we have received the one you want to change.
Returns and exchanges

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
-Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag still attached, booties in the cottong bag with care paper, blankets folded as received.

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us within 2 days.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Hvid reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
