Contact Us Before Returning

Before returning any items, please notify us by emailing info@hvid.be with your order details. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging included (e.g., cotton bags for booties, care paper, folded blankets).
• While we recommend keeping any tags and labels attached during inspection, their removal will not automatically disqualify a return.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return, and they will cover the value of the returned items only (excluding shipping costs).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns

For international returns, clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid customs charges. Hvid is not responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
